Tiffany Telfer
The Team at Pinpointe is lead by President and founder, Tiffany Telfer. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Washington State University, Tiffany spent nearly 8 years working in her field in Seattle, prior to returning to her home town of Bend. While in Seattle, Tiffany launched her career working in Account Management for media companies Media Inc. and The Seattle Times. She later held positions with advertising agencies J. Walter Thompson and Bernard Hodes Group, working with clients such as Intel, Tektronix, Alaska Airlines, Microsoft, and Starbucks.

Tiffany returned to Bend in 2003 and has become very active in the local community. She is credited with her volunteer work with BendFilm, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon, The Bend Downtowners’ Association, Deschutes Children’s Foundation, and many community events.

Ann Cook
Ann joined Team Pinpointe in October of 2004 as an Account Manager and was promoted in July of 2005, working as the Media Director and Senior Account Specialist. As a part time student, Ann is working towards her degree in Marketing from Oregon State University and is successfully juggling work, school, motherhood, and her many interests and hobbies.

Ann spent the early 13 years of her career working for Nordstrom and her customer service skills pair well with her energy and enthusiasm, making her an extremely dynamic member of our team. Originally from Utah, Ann now calls Bend home and leads an extremely active lifestyle. She enjoys skiing, cycling, mountain biking, rock climbing, running, backpacking, and anything else that enables her to take advantage of the Central Oregon lifestyle.
